Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Returns

PLEASE NOTE: To return an item, you MUST first email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com

  • Please detail your reason for any return and include any photos that will support your reason for return. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Any items returned WITHOUT first contacting essential BEACH will not be accepted.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, not washed or pressed, must be folded as they were delivered and in the original packaging with all labels/tags/sleeves still attached. Please return items in the original delivery packaging.
  • An attached receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • An attached copy or photo of your return postage receipt and tracking number must be emailed to: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com

Time Frame: 

  • You have 21 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Process:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please attach any photos to support your reason for return. Please attach a copy or photo your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure that the item is securely packaged and email an attached copy or photo of your return postage receipt and tracking number to our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com

     

    2. Refunds

    • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Partial refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Please email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com
      • Items with obvious signs of use.
      • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Any item that is returned more than 21 days after the date of delivery.
    • Refund Enquiries: If you haven't received a refund yet, please double check your bank account first, check your current bank statements for pending refunds and payments and next, contact your bank - There is often some processing time before a refund is mailed. Please allow extra time for refund processing over weekends, bank holidays and public holidays. If you have done all of this and still not received your refund, please email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com

     

    3. Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was subsequently shipped, we will send a refund to the original method of payment of the gift giver referencing this return.

    Process:

    • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please attach any photos to support your reason for  return. Please attach a copy or photo of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.
    • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping funds are non-refundable. Please include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Ensure that the item is securely packaged and email photo copies of your return postage receipt and tracking number to our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com 
    • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed as a Gift Credit or a Refund as below:
      • Gift Credit: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
      • Refund: If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was subsequently shipped, we will send a refund to the original method of payment of the gift giver within 7-10 business days, referencing this return.

      4. Exchanges

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email our customer service team atreturnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage with photos to support your return. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

      Eligibility:

          • Approval: Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with the return address for the item you wish to exchange.
          • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Ensure that the item is securely packaged. Please attach a copy or photo of your return postage receipt and tracking number.
          • Return Delivery: Depending on your location, the time required for your returned product to reach us may vary.
            • If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
           New Item:
          • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send out the new item and provide you with tracking information.

          5. Damaged or Defective Items

          • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email our customer service team atreturnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

          6. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

          Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

          • Intimate clothing and apparel, swimwear and socks.
          • Personalized or custom-made items
          • Clearance, promotion, specials or sale items
          • Perishable goods
