Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Standard Shipping for both Domestic and International deliveries.

1. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Order Processing Time

• During normal circumstances all orders are processed within 1–3 business days on receipt of order. However, orders placed at weekends from Friday, 12am (Midnight) AEST through to Sunday,12am (Midnight) AEST will begin processing on Monday or the next business day.
• Orders placed on Public Holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Order processing times during normal circumstances are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays which can be caused, e.g. by payment 'provider' authorisation. In this case we cannot be held liable for any delays in processing and delivery, thereafter.
• As the Christmas Holidays approach, we kindly remind you to place your orders early to ensure timely processing and delivery. This is one of our busiest seasons, and ordering in advance will help us provide the best possible service and avoid any potential shipping and delivery delays. We will post any Christmas Holiday delivery time delays and update any seasonal or festival shipping time amendments on our website.
• On occasion, if we are experiencing a very high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. If your shipment is likely to experience a significant delay, we will contact you via your supplied email address or phone number.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

• You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email from essential BEACH containing your Order Tracking Number once we have confirmation from our Shipping Partners that your order has shipped.
• Your Order Tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• We offer FREE Standard Shipping for both Domestic and International deliveries.
• Shipping Rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Time Estimates are as advised by our Shipping Partners at the time of Order Placement plus(+) Order Processing Time, as advised above.

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery time is 15-30 business days from the confirmed shipment date. 

Shipping Carriers

• Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China via reputable carriers such as China Post, ePacket, and other standard shipping services.

Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to Australia, Tasmania, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, UK and Europe. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability: customerservices@essentialbeach.com

Shipping Delays

• While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to customs processing, shipping carrier issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
• If you experience a significant delay in receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at: customerservices@essentialbeach.com

2. Contact Details and Address Updates

• PLEASE ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and up to date. This is very important to ensure timely shipping updates and delivery. 
• If you have an account with essential BEACH you can update your contact details within your account page - select the 'drop-down' arrow (v) next to your name or initials, then select Profile and edit (pencil icon).
• If you choose to check out as a guest, PLEASE ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate during the order placement process.  

3. Delivery

• Delivery is only complete upon receipt of a signature. In absence of a signature your package will be taken to a local Post Office and a delivery notice left with details of where and when your package can be collected.
• PLEASE read your delivery notice for further information.
• Your national postal service, e.g. Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Royal Mail, Japan Post etc may allow you to create personalised delivery preferences within their app or on-line account.

 Shipment to P.O. Boxes  

• At this time, essential BEACH are NOT able to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

• We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
• essential BEACH will NOT be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package before it is shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled up to 30 minutes after the order has been placed. Thereafter, orders will need to be returned once your order has been delivered. You then have 15 days to initiate a return from the delivery day.
• PLEASE READ - To return a product, you MUST first email our customer service team at: returnsandrefunds@essentialbeach.com
• PLEASE NOTE - Any items returned without first contacting essential BEACH will not be accepted.
